She found in maternal and child nutrition the ideal way to work in the areas that have always interested her - women's health and fertility, pregnancy and childhood - motivated by a fascination, present from an early age, for the whole process that leads to the formation and growth of a new human being and the role that food can play in it.
A visit to the Dona Estefânia Hospital, as part of her degree, made her realize the importance of breastfeeding, the most primary form of nutrition, which led to various training courses in the area and culminated in a Postgraduate Degree in Breastfeeding, which she completed in 2024.
