With a degree in Chinese Medicine and clinical specialties in Biocosmetics and Scientific Aromatherapy, she registered Essence Prime Care® in 2015 and developed the first Maternity Program with complementary therapies and a multidisciplinary team in Portugal. She devotes most of her time to the maternal and child area, accompanying families from the pre-conception / fertility journey, through pregnancy and into their children's early childhood.
He is a member of the Portuguese Society of Integrative Medicine.
After training at Yo San University in Los Angeles, she embarked on the Disney Cruise Line and reached 6th place in the world ranking of acupuncturists in 2017. She took her first steps as a teacher at an educational institution and is currently a trainer and lecturer on various courses. After the birth of her daughter, she launched the Mommy Talks by Essence® channel alongside Catarina Gaspar, where every week they share information on Conscious Parenting and prepare an annual event surrounded by incredible professionals and unmissable topics.
In 2021 he founded Qihai® and Dhana Botanicals® with the aim of promoting the path of well-being to become the best version of ourselves, through the wisdom that Nature gives us and showing that beauty lies in the imperfections that distinguish us.
