For more than 30 years he has been working on discovering emotional relevance, developing narratives that drive change in markets and position brands for growth. As a Communications Strategist, she advises CEOs and front-line teams on the research and development of strategic objectives, and how storytelling can contribute to them.
But what has always fascinated her is what happens behind the story - in the brain; because no matter how good the strategy, it won't lead to change if it isn't properly internalized. That's why she created Authors of Change, a program that uses neuroscience, psychology and communication to help individuals re-signify the narratives that shape their behaviour, leadership and identity, whether in their professional or personal lives.
