I grew up in Portugal and since 2016, I've made Lisbon my home.   <\/p>\n\n<p>I have always believed in the importance of living in a balanced and serene way. I value the beauty of simple moments and the depth of human connections.   <\/p>\n\n<p>My calm and passionate personality led me to explore practices that connected me with myself on all levels.<\/p>\n\n<p>And so I began my journey through the world of yoga, where every day allowed me to discover more about myself. That was the starting point for a transformative journey.   <\/p>\n\n<p>In 2023, I completed my training in Hatha Yoga and Meditation at IPYM - Instituto Portugu\u00eas de Yoga e Mindbody (200Hrs).  <\/p>\n\n<p>During my classes, I invite you to connect with the place where we truly live: our body, our heart, our essence.
