She started out as a Psychomotrician, working in Special Education and Active and Expressive Therapies; she learned about child development, practices and pedagogies that respect the baby and the child. For 20 years she has dedicated herself to children and their families. <\/p>\n\n
Her enormous passion for touch has led her to take various training courses in massage and Shiatsu, with Zen Shiatsu being one of the tools she most emphasizes. The \"Skin to Skin\" that she brings to children's massage instruction for families; Shiatsu and Massage for Women at all stages of their lives and which she has been bringing to other professionals since 2022, with her Pregnancy, Childbirth and Postpartum Massage Training. <\/p>\n\n
Trained in Yoga for babies and children; Yoga in Pregnancy and Postpartum; Yoga for Women; Hormone Yogatherapy; Yoganidra and finally Hatha Yoga.<\/p>\n\n
Not forgetting the Somatic Practices sessions and the program dedicated to pregnancy and postpartum in water (Mulher H20).<\/p>\n\n
She became a doula during her pregnancy, a perinatal educator and a breastfeeding counselor while she was going through her first year as a mother.<\/p>\n\n
Essence and Filipa came into her life through families she accompanied who shared the way they were seen, welcomed and followed. As well as being passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine, as a woman and as a professional, she felt that its practices, approach and vision in relation to each being were aligned with Essence.
