From an early age, she showed a passion for studying the human body and health, which led her to choose General Practice as her specialty. This choice reflects her interest in accompanying families through all stages of life, promoting health and preventing illness based on up-to-date scientific evidence. <\/p>\n\n

It also integrates traditional medicine practices, such as Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Reiki, which allows it to adopt a holistic approach to caring for its patients.<\/p>\n\n

Her interest in the humanitarian side of medicine inspired her to do medical volunteering in countries such as Guatemala, Nicaragua and Peru, experiences that she considers to be remarkable on both a personal and professional level. This interest also led her to obtain a master's degree in public health and development, deepening her knowledge in areas such as health promotion, epidemiology and health planning. <\/p>\n\n

Motherhood, in 2023, was a turning point in her life. Motivated by the experience, she undertook specific training in pediatrics, childcare and areas such as infant sleep, baby-led weaning and child development. Pregnancy also led her to delve deeper into nutrition, fetal neurodevelopment and immunology, enriching her practice as a family doctor, especially in the care of pregnant women and children. <\/p>\n\n

\"I constantly try to keep up to date and act according to the latest scientific evidence. <\/em>evidence. The more I study, and the more consultations I have, the more convinced I am that <\/em>lifestyle is the most important preventive and therapeutic measure: physical activity, proper nutrition <\/em>nutrition, quality sleep and good mental health are the pillars of health, longevity and quality of life, <\/em>longevity and quality of life.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n
