The Essence Method<\/strong> is the basis of Essence Prime Care <\/strong>'s clinical practice. An integrative approach that unites the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine<\/strong> with contemporary scientific and clinical vision.<\/p>\n

More than treating symptoms, the Essence Method seeks to understand and take care of the root of the imbalance<\/strong>, recognizing that each person is unique and that the body, mind and emotions are deeply interconnected.<\/p>\n

Through an individualized diagnosis<\/strong>, we analyze the internal and external factors that influence health, from diet, sleep and emotions to the vital energy that sustains the body. Based on this assessment, we structure a personalized therapeutic plan<\/strong>, which can integrate different areas of integrative medicine, complementary therapies and lifestyle changes. <\/p>\n

This method is inspired by the concept of Jing <\/strong>- the vital essence according to Chinese Medicine - which represents both what we inherit and what we cultivate throughout our lives and is in line with modern epigenetics<\/strong>, which shows that our genes don't determine everything<\/strong>: they are profoundly influenced by internal and external factors, such as food, emotions, lifestyle, relationships, sleep, thinking and the environment.<\/p>\n

By cultivating the Jing (vital essence), we also cultivate the healthiest expression of our genetics, promoting our physiological and energetic balance and enhancing the body's natural regeneration and lasting well-being.<\/strong><\/p>\n
