What is the Maternity Program?<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Essence Prime Care's Maternity Program<\/b> is a multidisciplinary and integrative support program<\/b>, totally different and pioneering in Portugal, created to accompany women and their families through all the stages of motherhood: from preconception<\/strong>, through pregnancy<\/strong> and preparation for childbirth<\/strong>, to postpartum<\/strong> support, maternal recovery and care for the family and baby during early childhood<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

With a holistic, integrative and multidisciplinary approach<\/strong>, the program combines the wisdom of integrative Chinese medicine, functional medicine, clinical nutrition, psychological and emotional support, pelvic physiotherapy, respiratory and pediatric physiotherapy, osteopathy, IBCLC lactation consultant, doula, and obstetrics-pediatrics partnerships to offer truly integrative, safe and personalized care.<\/span><\/p>\n

More than a set of consultations, this program was designed to welcome, guide and empower each woman and family<\/strong>, promoting a conscious, healthy and safe maternity experience, in balance with the body, mind and essence for a smooth, empowered and happy journey.<\/span><\/p>\n
