In women’s pelvic health, supporting women throughout motherhood—from pregnancy to postpartum—with a preventive and functional approach, promoting an informed, safe, and conscious experience during this period, as well as a calm and confident recovery and return to physical exercise.

In pediatrics, in the respiratory and pelvic areas. She works with acute respiratory conditions such as bronchiolitis or pulmonary infections, upper airway obstructions, pneumonia, among others, promoting mobilization and expectoration, reducing breathing difficulties, assisting in symptom management, and restoring the child’s ability to perform basic needs such as sleep and feeding. In the pelvic area, she supports processes such as toilet training, urinary issues (urgency and incontinence), and bowel issues (constipation, fecal incontinence), providing close and individualized support to both the child and the family.

She chose to join Essence because she wanted to be part of a structured, dedicated, and transparent team. This connection began as a client experience, through close and effective support, and naturally evolved into the desire to become part of the team. After experiencing Essence’s approach firsthand, being part of this project became a true professional and personal motivation!

Graduated in Physiotherapy from the School of Health at Universidade Atlântica in 2017, he developed a taste for Respiratory Physiotherapy early on. It was during an internship
at Hospital Dona Estefânia that he began to fall in love with the world of Pediatric and Pediatric Respiratory Physiotherapy.

So, since 2017, he has sought to increase his level of specialization in the area, taking the following courses:

• Respiratory Physiotherapy in Pediatrics;
• Pulmonary auscultation;
• Pulmonary Ultrasound in the Critically Ill Patient;
• Postgraduate degree in Advanced Respiratory Physiotherapy.

Since 2023, he has been working as a pediatric physiotherapist at the José de Almeida Hospital, with special intervention in the Units:

• Pediatric Intermediate Care Unit;
• Neonatology Unit;
• Pediatric Inpatient Unit.

A father and an eternal believer in the humanization of healthcare.

During this period, her constant search for clinical tools and knowledge led her to also graduate in Osteopathy. It was here that she fell in love with the world of babies and decided to specialize in Children's Osteopathy. She felt that this would be her new path to happiness and personal fulfillment.

She has furthered her knowledge, specializing in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy, breastfeeding, cranial asymmetries and posture, among others, in order to respond to the specific needs of each baby and their families.

It was at one of the ASA events, a volunteer project to support breastfeeding, where she works as a physiotherapist and pediatric osteopath, that she met Essence. There are energies that can't be explained and she felt an immediate connection, in a welcoming, humanized space, with a holistic and integrative vision.

She has a degree in Physiotherapy since 2016, a postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy in Pediatrics since 2018, with various training courses in areas such as Pediatric Respiratory Physiotherapy, Integrative Pediatric Manual Therapy, Clinical Pilates in Women's Health, among others.

She has over 7 years' experience in the field of maternal and child health and believes that physiotherapy goes beyond treating symptoms. It's about empowering fathers, mothers and caregivers, giving them the tools they need to take care of their health and that of their children in a conscious and informed way.

She joined Essence Prime Care believing that the journey is best made when you are accompanied. She loves learning from other professionals and believes that multidisciplinary work is essential when it comes to maternal and child health.

He works with specific, evidence-based techniques, always respecting the child's pace and in conjunction with the family, promoting comfort, functionality and a better quality of life.
