Since 2015, she has developed her work in integrative medicine, combining the experience gained in internal medicine with the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, creating individualized care plans tailored to each person. Over time, she discovered her greatest vocation in pediatrics.

Her practice is based on an integrated view of health that considers the body, emotions, and the family environment surrounding each person. She uses age-appropriate treatments to restore balance and promote health and well-being in a natural, mindful, and harmonious way.

Still in London, he worked for several years in a clinic environment, combining Western and Eastern manual manipulation techniques to treat and educate his patients to avoid recurring musculoskeletal problems.

In an effort to deepen his knowledge, he decided to study Chinese medicine, which allowed him to complement his techniques and treatments, covering a wider range of pathologies related to internal medicine and emotional problems. He went to China to complete his hospital internship at Chengdu University Hospital.

He also spent time in the USA, training at Yo San University in Los Angeles and embarking on the adventure of working in a cruise ship environment.

At Essence she found an opportunity to do more and better for others, in a team concept that helps her patients achieve better results and maximize their potential. She continues to develop her holistic and therapeutic work in various areas of Chinese Medicine, namely in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems and pain, emotional disorders, aesthetic acupuncture and fertility support.

After training at Yo San University in Los Angeles, she embarked on the Disney Cruise Line and reached 6th place in the world ranking of acupuncturists in 2017. She took her first steps as a teacher at an educational institution and is currently a trainer and lecturer on various courses. After the birth of her daughter, she launched the Mommy Talks by Essence® channel alongside Catarina Gaspar, where every week they share information on Conscious Parenting and prepare an annual event surrounded by incredible professionals and unmissable topics.

In 2021 he founded Qihai® and Dhana Botanicals® with the aim of promoting the path of well-being to become the best version of ourselves, through the wisdom that Nature gives us and showing that beauty lies in the imperfections that distinguish us.
